Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour preference
  • Personal preference

Please carefully review the product details, available sizes, and measurements before confirming your order.

If you are unsure about the appropriate size, our team is happy to assist you before you place your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 2–3 days of receiving your parcel.

To help us review your complaint, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • A short unboxing video, if available
  • Your order details

Once we receive the required information, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and availability of the item, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • An exchange
  • A refund

Refunds

Refunds are only considered for approved cases, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the payment method agreed upon by Eloria Trades.

Please note that shipping charges, customs charges, or other non-refundable costs may not be included in the refund.

Unclaimed or Refused Orders

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because the customer was unavailable or declined to receive the parcel, the order may not qualify for a refund of the advance payment.
