Shipping & Order Policy

At Eloria Trades, most of our products are imported and offered on a pre-order basis. Because products may be sourced specifically for individual customers, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery time is 15–18 days from the date your order is confirmed.

Please understand that this is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to international shipping, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

An order will only be considered confirmed once the required advance payment has been received.

The remaining 50% balance will be payable as communicated by Eloria Trades at the time of ordering.

Pre-Order Items

Most of our imported products are sourced specifically for our customers and are therefore offered on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order products should not be considered ready-stock items. Please make sure you are comfortable with the estimated 15–18 day delivery timeframe before placing your order.

Order Confirmation

Your order is considered confirmed once the required 50% advance payment has been received.

We recommend checking the following before confirming your order:

  • Available size
  • Size chart and measurements
  • Product price
  • Shipping timeframe
  • Return & refund policy

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and processing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Shipping & Customs

As our products are imported, shipments may be subject to international shipping procedures and customs clearance.

Any delays caused by customs or circumstances outside our control may affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
